Can you share a little about your background and experience? What led you to join GTS Transportation as a remote team member?
Martina Trajkovska: Hi. T uh, this is Martina accounting department. Uh Remove Worker. Um, I'm actually graduated MB A of marketing management who never worked a day as a marketing, uh something in that field ever. I kind of fell in love with the accounting, accounting departments. Um, and, uh I just continued to, to work as an accounting worker. Uh I saw the, the ad for uh for GTS on LinkedIn and I decided to apply because I saw that it was a kind of a, like a big deal, a big company and I was not wrong and I'm actually very happy that I'm part of GTS now almost, I think almost three years. Um, you have chance to, I think you have a chance to grow here. Uh, feel like you're part of the community even. Um, we are so far apart.
How have you found your experience working remotely for GTS so far? What aspects of the job do you enjoy the most?
Martina Trajkovska: My experience with the GTS so far is nothing more positive. Uh, because, uh, we always have a good teamwork. Uh We, we always help each other, uh, for any given situation when you, when you need some help from, from your managers or something like that, they're always here to help, you can just email them. Uh, and, uh, the most satisfying thing about my job personally is, uh, when I'm collecting old payments from customers because that is actually the job that I need to do and I become with the years I become pretty good at it, I guess. Uh, just now I collected the payments that were old almost two years. So that's a plus.
What motivates you to stay with GTS, and how do you feel about the company's culture and support for remote employees?
Martina Trajkovska: It motivates me that um there's a lot of uh chances and opportunities for uh grow professional growth. Uh I think that if you do your job as you should, if you're good at your job, uh you might get a chance to get promoted to, to something uh more uh for the remote uh culture that this company has. It's a pretty amazing actually because uh we have, uh I think we are a lot of remote workers who work for GTS or uh in, in this years. And um and it, we feel, we feel like we are part of the, the company except we don't, uh we don't visit you guys for your annual uh celebration parties. Maybe we should.
Looking ahead, what are your career goals, and how do you see yourself growing within the company?
Martina Trajkovska: Well, ultimately, I see myself uh mastering the skills that I need in order to perform uh well on the this role that I have or maybe in the future, taking some uh new challenging uh project and developing a new set of skills.
