Can you share a little about your background and experience? What led you to join GTS Transportation as a remote team member?
Magdalena Popova: Hello, I have several years experience in customer support and a couple of years experience in it, technical support. I was excited to join GTs Transportation because I'm highly comfortable working remotely and having in mind that I'm working fully remote for the past five years. It allows me to stay organized and productive in a flexible environment. Being able to work from home while still delivering quality results is something I value. And GTS seemed like a great thing for that.
How have you found your experience working remotely for GTS so far? What aspects of the job do you enjoy the most?
Magdalena Popova: My remote experience with GTS has been mostly positive. I appreciate the flexibility it offers allowing me to organize and manage my time independently. Communication with colleagues has been seamless, making it easy to stay connected and work efficiently despite the distance.
What motivates you to stay with GTS, and how do you feel about the company's culture and support for remote employees?
Magdalena Popova: What keeps me motivated to stay with GTS is the supportive environment and they have been removed. It's great to work for a company that embraces flexibility and empowers its remote team members.
Looking ahead, what are your career goals, and how do you see yourself growing within the company?
Magdalena Popova: My goal is to continue growing within the company, potentially by expanding my skill set and taking on new responsibilities. I see a lot of potential here to build on my experience and I'm eager to contribute further to GTS's success. I believe there are many opportunities to advance and I hope to develop both professionally and personally as part of the team.
