Can you share a little about your background and experience? What led you to join GTS Transportation as a remote team member?
Luis Fernando Garcia Sanchez : Uh Hello, my name is Louis. Uh So uh basically, I have a lot of experience uh talking with different people in different areas like banks and health uh insurance. So uh I decide to join in GTS because they have a good opportunity to me to improve myself to improve my lateral profile. So I think the all abilities that I had acquired during the years uh works with this company. And so that was the reason that I decided to join as a GTS um remote member because I have, I managed the language, I'm bilingual. So I understand everything I can help with different activities with different tasks, taxes. So that's why I decide to join in the company. Uh I have a lot of experience as mentioned before with customer service in banks like Capital One or United Healthcare for the insurance helper. So um I have a good experience managing uh different systems, be multitasking and that kind of things. Thank you.
How have you found your experience working remotely for GTS so far? What aspects of the job do you enjoy the most?
Luis Fernando Garcia Sanchez : Ok. So I'm quite comfortable being a remote worker since I can take care of my mother and having this job gives me the facility to take care of her since she's in a delicate state of health. So I really want to stay with her and also do my job. I also enjoy having the facility to work in a private space without discomfort or any distraction, you know. So, um that's the most important thing to be on a remote a worker. Uh I have uh all my tools here and I can do my job in the most perfect way that I can uh everything in my hands uh to improve the development of the company, you know, like uh try to live everything up today. Uh Do the things right and make the old check calls, try to uh contact the drivers at time and leave my space in the in good status. Like do the old check calls, do the old calls that I need and make the updates that is necessary for the company. So here in my home as a remote worker, I can do that without any distraction and make the, the task that I need to do. Well.
What motivates you to stay with GTS, and how do you feel about the company's culture and support for remote employees?
Luis Fernando Garcia Sanchez : Uh So the things that I love of GTs is uh like uh the environment is good and I want to be better every day to grow within the company, to improve myself. And I can show that because I can be better every day. And I'm very happy with my job because gives me everything that I need. And I'm happy to be part of GTs because the environment and everything that comes with being a part of them is very nice. And I don't know um the, the J is the old things that I want around my lateral experience. And also I learn a lot of new things that I love and it is very comfortable for me.
Looking ahead, what are your career goals, and how do you see yourself growing within the company?
Luis Fernando Garcia Sanchez : I really want to get a better position uh growing the company, try to escalate and different positions. You know, that is important for me because I really want to uh be an important piece or be a pillar of the company. You know, I I really want to stay here a lot of years, try to um be better and give them all a knowledge that I have and try to learn new things as well because that is important if you want to get a different position or do different things for the company. So I really want to stay here and be an important pillar or important piece of the company. That is the most important thing for me that is in, that is my dream. I, I really want to be part of the company for many years and stay here.
