Can you share a little about your background and experience? What led you to join GTS Transportation as a remote team member?
Ismail Clark: Well, I worked in the bank uh in Everest transportations. That's also an American logistics. And also I worked in the um humanitarian company borders, uh doctors without borders. And I was like interested because firstly, that was a remote job and also payment was good and a new homer. So everything was like good for me, you know, to start working here.
How have you found your experience working remotely for GTS so far? What aspects of the job do you enjoy the most?
Ismail Clark: Well, I enjoy working remotely because I don't need to go to the office, you know, and pay for the food in restaurants and cafeterias and stuff. So that helps me to save some money. Yeah. And also I, I enjoy that I can start work, like, you know, in a quiet environment. So that's very important.
What motivates you to stay with GTS, and how do you feel about the company's culture and support for remote employees?
Ismail Clark: I like, the management is very loyal here and I like the culture here because it's built on trust and reliability, you know, on the people. So everyone relies on each other and that's how we go, you know, and I like it and what can I say? I just like it.
Looking ahead, what are your career goals, and how do you see yourself growing within the company?
Ismail Clark: Well, I wanna become a salesman or account manager or manager of the department. You know, I wanna grow, I wanna grow and earn my more money for myself and more money for the, for the company, you know.
