Can you share a little about your background and experience? What led you to join GTS Transportation as a remote team member?
Hajrija Kozica: Hello, everyone. For those who don't know me. My name is Hajrija Kozica. I'm part of your remote team. I'm here as a Power BI specialist. And let's start with the first question. Uh Can you share a little bit about your background and experience? Uh I have a Masters degree in industrial engineering. I have been working immediately after I finished university as assistant professor. I had been in, I have been on that position for two years. Then in 2020 like, you know, Corona happened, I had a small baby and I stopped working there. Uh What led you to join uh GTs Transportation as remote team member, like I mentioned after Corona occurred, I wanted to spend enough time with my baby and not put her in the danger. But I also I was a young individual who was eager to prove herself to any position, any company that will uh be willing to work with the remote uh workers. GTS opened the door for me and now uh approximately three, more than 3.5 years um with the GTS GTS is not more just a company for me that I work for. It's a family that I belong and I hope I will be there for many years from now on.
How have you found your experience working remotely for GTS so far? What aspects of the job do you enjoy the most?
Hajrija Kozica: Uh Let's continue with the question number two. How have you found your experience working remotely for GTS so far? What aspects of the job do you enjoy the most? Uh First of all, I feel uh grateful for being part of the GTS. I was always appreciated from GTS si was never treated differently comparing to any other employee. Uh All my hard work was appreciated and I was rewarded for it. So basically every single aspect of my job I enjoyed.
What motivates you to stay with GTS, and how do you feel about the company's culture and support for remote employees?
Hajrija Kozica: Uh Let's continue with the question number three. What motivates you to stay with GTS? And how do you feel about company culture and support for the remote employees? First of all, GTS is not just employer for me. GTS is my family and I'm grateful to be part of this family. Uh When we speak about GTS culture, we always communicate. That's the most important thing, no matter where are we or we are not in the same place, we always communicate where it's possible. Uh every single employee, when you ask something from them, they are more than willing to help you with your problem. Uh They are always making themselves be available for you. Whenever you need something they will make, they will uh make time for you. They are offering you every single time when you need, whether you are under the stress, they are offering you the solution, they are offering you support. Uh They are always motivating you, they are always giving you advice, word of God. And no matter what you do on the end of the day, they will be there for you.
Looking ahead, what are your career goals, and how do you see yourself growing within the company?
Hajrija Kozica: Uh question number four, looking ahead, what are your career goals? And how do you see yourself growing within the company? A few of my future goals including me, uh being a senior Power B I specialist, uh me being in the special teams that will develop new procedures, strategies for GTs that will improve our work. Uh in the short term. My goal is to continue developing my skills and uh learning more about uh GTS and all work that is done uh in the inside of the teams that exist in GTS.
