Can you share a little about your background and experience? What led you to join GTS Transportation as a remote team member?
Dylan Starks: Hey, this is Dylan. Um I'm working several logistics companies as a booker. Uh I have total experience of two years. Uh I choose GTS because it's a promising company with a career opportunities.
How have you found your experience working remotely for GTS so far? What aspects of the job do you enjoy the most?
Dylan Starks: Uh, while working from home, I have developed self discipline and the ability to solve problems on my own. Uh, also I don't waste time traveling to the office.
What motivates you to stay with GTS, and how do you feel about the company's culture and support for remote employees?
Dylan Starks: My motivation in this company is career growth and a good salary in my country. The atmosphere in the company is always good managers and my colleagues are always ready to support you and help you in any question or, or, or any problems.
Looking ahead, what are your career goals, and how do you see yourself growing within the company?
Dylan Starks: Uh for the future, I'm looking for some Rage opportunities. I hope that uh GTS will open that Rage Department and I will not obtain some booker or manager position there.
