Can you share a little about your background and experience? What led you to join GTS Transportation as a remote team member?
Anna Lincoln: My name is Anna. I've been working in logistics for five years. I studied in the trucking department and after a year was promoted to account manager. I joined GTS Transportation because of their long standing experience in the industry, the supportive environment and great management. Keep me motivated and happy to be part of the team.
How have you found your experience working remotely for GTS so far? What aspects of the job do you enjoy the most?
Anna Lincoln: Working remotely for GTS has been a great experience. I enjoy the flexibility it offers and how well our team stays connected even from different locations. It's been easy to work and stay productive with the support from my team.
What motivates you to stay with GTS, and how do you feel about the company's culture and support for remote employees?
Anna Lincoln: What motivates me to stay with GTS is the strong support from the team and the positive company culture. Even as a remote employee, I always feel valued and connected. The company truly cares about our well being and makes sure we have everything we need to succeed.
Looking ahead, what are your career goals, and how do you see yourself growing within the company?
Anna Lincoln: Looking ahead, I want to keep growing my skills and logistics and take on more responsibilities within the company. I'm excited to learn from my team and explore new opportunities at GTs that will help me develop and contribute even more.
