Can you share a little about your background and experience? What led you to join GTS Transportation as a remote team member?
Alvaro Gonzalez: Hello, I'm Alvaro Gonzalez. I joined GTS five months ago as a billion specialist where my primary focus has been auditing paperwork to ensure a precise and efficient invoicing process. Working at GTS has been a fantastic experience allowing me to deepen my knowledge of this dynamic and fascinating world of logistics.
How have you found your experience working remotely for GTS so far? What aspects of the job do you enjoy the most?
Alvaro Gonzalez: The experience has been just amazing. Uh I have learned a lot and I received a lot of support from my team every day is a new opportunity to learn something new for you here.
What motivates you to stay with GTS, and how do you feel about the company's culture and support for remote employees?
Alvaro Gonzalez: What makes me stay with GTS is the opportunity to learn every day in the role I'm performing. And also the support I have from my team. Uh I feel that there is a good liberal environment within the company and I'm pretty glad to be part of it.
Looking ahead, what are your career goals, and how do you see yourself growing within the company?
Alvaro Gonzalez: Yes. Uh I want to grow within the company and I'm open to ascending accounting or explore roles in other departments here.
