Shayna Ventricelli: My name is Shayna Ventricelli I am senior director of marketing for New York Now New York Now is known as the leading gift home and accessories trade show. It happens twice per year in New York City at the Javits Center. Thousands of brands uh come to exhibit their wares and buyers from all over the globe, come to discover and shop and connect with these brands. Buyers range from department stores to mom and pop shops to online only stores really runs the gamut. I run the marketing team so that encompasses email. SMS everything to do with our website, direct mail, telemarketing, paid ads, all of the various things.
Shayna Ventricelli: Working with Growth Skills was a great experience for our team. Uh really the education piece impressed us. Um we were able to log into a portal and have kind of a learning for ourselves experience on top of our uh trainings with the team and on top of the strategies that they were implementing uh one big call out is our keyword rankings which increased a ton. Uh We were not even ranking, for example, as New York. Now for the keyword wholesale market NYC, we were previously not ranking at all and now our position one, it's really top of funnel, things like that, that made such a difference for us as far as a brand awareness.
