Gethorio: Any, any fear or any concern of what someone else might think because I was confident in what I've done
Before we worked together, what were you struggling to explain or advocate for in your career?
Gethorio: Before working with Mariah, I did struggle to communicate my work and interviews. I often led these projects, oversaw the projects, and actually trained people how to do so, but when sitting in front of someone, I oftentimes, left a lot of critical information out. Work with Marias has taught me how to To explore all the various things that I've done in the past and also to create a story. I think one of the biggest things is creating a story that you're able to communicate to hiring managers or whoever you might be speaking with.
What’s one concrete result or moment that made you realize the coaching was working?
Gethorio: I think the the concrete moment for me was when I was able to. Speak to what I. Done in the past and what I'm currently doing without struggling and having to reach here or there or oftentimes just make up stories to, Make the, the interview flow, I was able to understand the things I've done, understand my impact, and speak to it. It just became second nature. It just became a second, a second language where I could confidently speak to what I've done and, and without any, any, any fear or any concern of what someone else might think because I was confident in what I've done and I was able to back it up by viewing my resume, viewing my past experience, and just able to communicate that.
What does Mariah do differently than other coaches you’ve worked with or seen?
Gethorio: Mariah is available, I, I send, I, I, I don't recommend other people do this, but I send Mariah messages on, on Instagram, LinkedIn, or, I, I can even call Mariah when necessary. She's available. She makes herself available to her clients. She's very Understanding. She's very resourceful and she's very She's a giver. A lot of things that she's doing is, is incredible, Especially for the work that she does. So Mariah is a resource, she's a great resource and I recommend her one user.
