Marian: Hi, I'm a busy mom of three and my youngest started school this year, so I was really looking to find someone who would work with me one on one so that I could lift weights seriously for the first time. I've done a lot of group training, a lot of stuff that wasn't specifically designed for me and I was starting to get some niggling injuries.
