On this Member Monday, we would love to hear about your company, its nature of operations, and the duration of your presence in Griffin.
Michael Green: Toan has been around. It's a company has been around since 1900. They're a very well established company in Japan and in 2016, they decided to open up a facility for barrier films outside of Japan and that they chose Griffin. And it's a wonderful location here. A lot of infrastructure and things that are necessary for the business. There's, there's no problem attracting top talent. And so this is just a great place for us to be. And we look forward to being here for a very long time.
Can you explain your approach to optimizing your relationship with the Griffin Spalding Chamber of Commerce?
Michael Green: One of the great things about having a relationship with the chamber is that the connections with other industry and, industry round table and all of the things that the chamber does, plus it gives us as a company an opportunity to kind of get back to the community. And so the relationship that we have with the chamber and the other industry here is very, very important to us.
Explain how investing in the Griffin Spalding Chamber of Commerce benefits your business.
Michael Green: We wanted to be part of the chamber and to give back to the chamber in any way we could. because the chamber just does so much for industry. They, they are working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that industry, you know, has what we need. And also, you know, they're the biggest cheerleaders for the county and all of the industry that's around and so supporting that is, is a very important thing for us.
