Owen Delgado: Hi, my name's Owen and I'm in my 20s. When I came to Gray Matters, I was struggling with 1, borderline personality disorder, 2, depression, and 3, anxiety. There's a lot more, but just to name a few.

Before you started, how was that affecting your daily life (sleep, focus, mood, work/school, relationships)?

Owen Delgado: Before I started with gray matters, my mood. My emotions, my Just like my whole mental state was very foggy, and I would say that if you're thinking about making the step to choose great matters, you should definitely do so. Don't wait.

What made you decide to try neurofeedback with us?

Owen Delgado: Initially, when I came to Gray Matters, um, I was recommended actually by my mom. She's the one that got me started on it. And from that point, um, I've been doing it for about 34 years now. And I, uh, I really enjoy it. I, I think that if you've tried medications, you've tried counseling, you've tried all these things, and they don't work for you, I think that you should definitely make the step to choose neurofeedback because It helps me. It can help you as well.

What specific changes have you noticed that matter most to you? (Example: sleep, calm, focus, anxiety, motivation, confidence)

Owen Delgado: Matters. Ever since I first started, I've noticed changes in my mood, sleep, eating patterns. And there's a bunch more things that I've noticed differences in. I have more energy, I sleep better. I eat better, and I take care of my body by working out, listening to music, and doing things to clear my head, like going outside, enjoying nature, like. Gray matters has helped me. Better my life in so many ways, and I can't thank them enough.

How has that impacted your life—your relationships or your performance?

Owen Delgado: The thing that I noticed that impacted my life and my relationships was emotional regulation. Emotional regulation was a big thing for me. Like I couldn't regulate my emotions. I couldn't. Um, I couldn't really like be who I wanted to be without medication initially. So Me and my parents have researched and we were like, hm, we've tried medication, we've tried counseling, he's tried talking to people, he's tried like everything else. So as a kid, that's scary,

Owen Delgado: Gray matters is um was the pinnacle, like the changing point point point. Like, that's when I was like, What do I do next? And gray matters was the step I took.

Owen Delgado: And since I started like I've noticed some really big changes. So if you're thinking about it, you're thinking about making that step to better yourself, don't wait. Now's the perfect time.
