How have you experienced Greg's training?
Robin Czarnek: I've been able to watch Greg Gray coach many, many times as an Allstate agent. And I have used him to motivate and improve the service of my staff as well as to hone my leadership skills. He's been a blessing in, in my business life for sure. And in my personal life too, because Greg is so motivational and genuine and just the real deal.
What would you say were the biggest impacts or outcomes of the training?
Robin Czarnek: Greg's training has made such an impact not only on my staff but on myself, Greg teaches you different ways of looking at things to try to improve, not only your customer service skills but your leadership skills. When I think of Greg Gray, one word always comes to mind and that word is "lagniappe". It's a word I'd never heard of until going to a Greg Gray training, but that word means a little something extra and in these days when customer service is so hard to come by or good customer service anyway, that little something extra really means something. And you know, I've, that's probably been 10 years ago since I heard that word at an Allstate training seminar. And it has always stuck with me. I just can't say enough about how it makes me think and even going to a seminar with Greg and hearing him talk about, hey, when you pick up that phone, that's the customer's first impression. And maybe the only chance that you ever get to make an impression on that customer. So, and you have the opportunity to ruin someone's day or make someone's day, so Greg really makes you think.
Would you recommend Greg to others?
Robin Czarnek: I would recommend Greg Gray for any business looking to improve their customer experience and strengthen their leadership team. Greg's trainings have a way of sticking with you and resonating like you have, I can, I have been to countless trainings and most of them just stick with me for moments and then I don't remember anything that was said, but with Greg, I can remember training from 10 years ago because he has a way of making you think differently and dig down deep and really analyze, you know, the way that you treat customers, the way that you talk to your staff and all of it. So I would highly recommend Greg if you're looking to improve your business and move it to that next level.
