How have you experienced Greg's training?
Shonie Christensen: I very first met Greg Gray at an Allstate training. They brought him to Utah. I traveled four hours to attend and uh I still have his pamphlets. What would a truster, a trusted advisor do and transforming customer relationships. These two pamphlets from years we're talking many, many years ago um still reside right here on my desk. I look at them, I, when I start to struggle with something, I go back to some of the things that he taught and it completely transformed my agency. It transformed the way I thought about certain problems and issues. I was able to address things differently. And that was a, that was when I very first met him. And it was amazing since then, I have reached out to Greg for personal training on a number of different issues. And I've been on a few Zoom calls and a few of his coaching platforms which has been amazing. He, he seems to really get into the heart of the issue. He has so much experience and such an insight to what we do and what is needed from us as leaders and then how to reciprocate that back to our our employees and the people that we deal with our leadership even. he has been invaluable to me with the different things that he's taught and the different classes that I have attended for my business. But as well as my personal life, I'm able to take so much of what he teaches and apply it in different realms. So it's been fantastic.
What would you say were the biggest impacts or outcomes of the training?
Shonie Christensen: I'll go right back to that original class. The very first class that I ever took from Greg, there was a score that we needed to receive as agents from our customers. It was a really important score. It mattered for pay, it mattered for our bonus structure. It mattered for our customer service scores. There were so many reasons why it applied and I just was not able to crack the code. And after taking Greg's class, I was able to, within just a few months, I was able to dial in, I knew exactly what I needed to do. He was able to break it down in a way that I could understand which nobody else in the company had been able to do for me once he broke it down and I understood what it was. I needed to do, why it mattered and how to get there. I was able to go from under 100 to 150 which and higher, which is actually unheard of very, very, very few agents of over 10,000 in the nation were able to break into that 150 club for this particular score. And I was able to do that and I completely give 100% of the credit to Greg because he taught me exactly what I needed to do. All I had to do was implement it. And that's what I did. So, yeah, I mean, and one of the things that, that he was able to do was also coach me, um, with the situation that I had with an employee, I just was really, really struggling and sometimes we have blinders on when it comes to those issues that we have. And he was able to see it from a perspective, where I was able to not only maintain my relationship with that employee, but she was able to elevate her sales and elevate her status here in the agency and she's still here with me today. So great success with great coaching.
Would you recommend Greg to others?
Shonie Christensen: I absolutely love this question because not only would I recommend Greg Gray, but I have recommended Greg to all of my peers and anyone that I talk to, um who's needing a little bit of help in any area of their business. I love how energetic Greg is. I love his perspective. I love his spin on things. He has a way of taking something and spinning it in a way that has so much energy and makes so much sense and is so positive that you can't help but take it from him and apply it in your agency or in your business and just watch the results skyrocket. If you take one nugget away, then that's all you really need. But he'll provide a plethora of nuggets for you to choose from. So that's why I keep going back and back and back to Greg's teachings and to all of his coaching and to the different programs that he offers because I always walk away from any of those, any conversation I've ever had with Greg, I've walked away with at least one and, and usually multiple ideas and things that I can just implement right away, which really, really has helped me both in my business life, in my personal life as well. So, yeah, 100% Greg can change an organization, he can change individuals, he can change businesses. and he can do that just by the insight that he has the experience that he has the knowledge that he has and a special skill set that really is just unheard of anywhere else. So yes, I highly recommend Greg.
