Donna Johnson: I first met Greg Gray in 2023 at a growth conference in Dallas, Texas. I had a really off chance meeting to meet him during dinner one night. And as my business manager and I sat next to him and we talked with him, we quickly learned he has some very unique and compelling ways to not only help transform your team but also to help develop their mindset. Donna Johnson: As he shared more information about the GREG GRAY OPEN MIC 🎙️, I turned to my business manager and said this is something that we can embrace and that we should take back to our agency. Because we could, we knew there was something there in each of our team members. We just needed a little something more to help push them along.
