Lorena Ospina: Good afternoon folks. My name is Lorena and I'm here in Reston, Virginia. I have been learning from Greg Gray. This year in 2024, Our Agency Owners signed us up and I look forward to every single class because he's very exciting to learn from. He's got a very fun personality. He makes everyone comfortable and as an individual and a professional, an insurance professional, he really does give you the keys to unlock all of your potential no matter what level you're starting from. He teaches you how to overcome every objection, how to keep positive and how to make people comfortable. So no matter what, you always have your calendar filled up and checked. Ok.
Can you share a specific success story or "aha moment" that resulted from OPEN MIC🎙️LIVE training?
Lorena Ospina: I can share a success story from Greg Gray's training. The first one that comes to mind is really the importance of pronouncing people's first name or last name. Like if you have a doubt, it's great to spell out their name and ask them how they pronounce it and people really like to be familiar. So it starts with pronouncing their names, right? And that was an aha moment.

Lorena Ospina: I, what I find most valuable about Greg Gray's training is how good you feel just learning through the entire course. He keeps a very positive outlook and you also become smarter at your craft. The acronyms that he uses to unlock sales lessons are incredible. They're easy to remember and it's things that you've never heard before, but they're so simple too. So it really is a key to success. The recommendation of why I would highly recommend other folks to join is our collective group, our collective mentality learning together, having fun, the contest that we play, the jokes that we'll crack and at the same time, it's the lessons that stick.
