What is your current role at Grant Instruments?
Louisa Aichinger: I'm Louisa. I'm the finance director of Grant Instruments. I've been working here almost seven years now.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Grant Instruments?
Louisa Aichinger: I love how varied my role can be from day to day. I can be working on detailed figures one day and then strategic planning forecasting the next day. In a small organisation such as Grant, everyone picks up different tasks. My team are always willing to help out wherever they can.
What stands out to you about the culture at Grant Instruments?
Louisa Aichinger: Grant has a very friendly working environment. The company understands that people have busy lives outside of work. We've implemented a four day week and flexible working to help create a great work life balance. It's definitely helped me a lot over the past few years and it's great knowing. I work for such a supportive company.
