What were you looking for in a high school, and why did you choose TAA - Indiana?
Lillian B.: Honestly, I was looking for somewhere that I could get my diploma quick and easy because when I was in high school I could not finish my high school years because I was more worried about looking for somewhere to live rather than my education, which sounds bad but I'm glad now that I can do it online and I don't have to worry about, you know, where I'm going to live now obviously, but anyway. It's like another way for me to get my diploma without going back to school, and I really am thankful for that.
What was the enrollment process like?
Lillian B.: Honestly, the whole application process was pretty quick and easy. I had run into a couple issues only because I couldn't find the emails that I was looking for because they ended up being in different folders in my emails, but the whole process was quick and easy.
Describe how your experience at TAA - Indiana has differed from your last school experience.
Lillian B.: My experience here has been different from my last high school experience because I can do all of this online and I don't have to worry about running into a bunch of people. I have really bad social anxiety, so being able to do all this online helps me out so, so, so, so much.
What has made TAA - Indiana a good fit for you?
Lillian B.: TAA - Indiana is good for me because like I said in my last video, I have really bad social anxiety so like all this can be done online and I don't have to go and worry about being around a bunch of people because being around a bunch of people, I cannot focus and it makes like my anxiety like spike and like I fidget and I don't concentrate. And honestly, that is my favorite part about all this is it's all online and if I need anything, I could just call or text my mentor or whatever. Um, it's called, I think that's what it's called. I'm not sure. I'm sorry, but all I got to do is give them a text or a call or an email, and then they will get right back to me.
What would you tell students who are interested in enrolling about The American Academy - Indiana?
Lillian B.: I would tell them that it is a quick and easy way to get your diploma if you do not have it and the whole process is just easy, the enrollment process and everything's online and I think that's way much better than being in person, to be honest.
