What motivated you to go back to high school at this time in your life? Why did you choose this program?
Angel M.: My daughter is what motivated me to go back to high school. I chose this program because it was free and self paced.
What parts of the program helped you make it to graduation?
Angel M.: The two biggest parts of the program that helped me make it to graduation was the support from my teachers and the constant motivation and support from my student success coordinator, Eric.
How has your life and/or mindset changed since earning your high school diploma?
Angel M.: My life is changing so much now that I have my high school diploma. I am going to get to start college in January, and it's just boosted my self-confidence through the roof because it was something I never thought I would be able to do.
What are your plans now that you’ve graduated?
Angel M.: Now that I'm graduated, I plan on going to college to do business administration.
What's one piece of encouragement you'd offer someone who is considering this program?
Angel M.: If you are considering this program, do it. Go for it. It is worth it. I am 25, and didn't think I'd be able to get my high school diploma. And thanks to this program I did. It is worth it.
