What does Women’s Equality Day mean to you?
Rosemary Wang: Women's Equality Day offers me the opportunity to teach, to learn and reflect on my values and commitments. As a technologist and educator, I'm committed to providing a foundation for others to grow their careers and find the next job that they like. As a mentor, I'm reminded of how much work we have yet to do to address inequality. And as a new mother, I am constantly navigating my priorities and identifying what I need professionally and personally. This day reminds me that we all need to ask for more than we think. Asking questions opens the doors to answers and pushes for collective change.
