Introduce yourself

Hendra Willianto: Hi, my name is Hendra, I'm the General Manager from KIA Tours & Travel Indonesia.

What led you to AppSheet, what problems were you trying to solve?

Hendra Willianto: What led us to use the AppSheet is because, during the COVID-19 times, we don't have any external I.T. So we do internally by our own teams to develop the system that we needed, especially about the working from homes and invoices and the database of the memberships.

What is the most useful app that you or your coworkers have deployed? What impact did it have on your organization?

Hendra Willianto: The most useful apps that uh- we develop is the applications for our corporate, because we have many companies that work with us and we try to give benefit for them- to easy access for their own data transactions. And- this is the most useful apps. And also, the other one is our two database because we are majoring in travel industry and we try to put our other- our products inside the AppSheet and we try to publish it so that people will know about our tour and it helped us a lot. The impact is really good because you know that uh- the AppSheet also have the automation especially with the social media and with the Zapier (app for automation).

Hendra Willianto: And this help us a lot to do for the back-end, and also for the front-end and also for the marketing- it's all with the automation.

What benefits have you realized with AppSheet?

Hendra Willianto: Our improvements with the AppSheet is a lot because after using the AppSheet, it's easier for us to manage for the transactions of our corporate and our clients. So, they easily know because it's automation with the emails and with our accounting, so, it's easier for them to know about the transactions. And also, for the tours that- it's easier for us to manage for the tour because like now, many of our tour has been expired. So, we can easily renew for the tour that has been expired and we can also easily- share to the social media, and also share to our staff but, for about the tools that we have been made. So, it's been a lot of improvements using the AppSheet.

What’s the future of AppSheet within the organization?

Hendra Willianto: Our future with the AppSheet of course, we will keep on developing our systems to make better ones. Of course, we are trying to do a lot of automation with the AppSheet. Right now it's been like a huge, huge help for us, especially with all of the automation that can be done with the AppSheet, with the Zapier connection with the Zapier and with other third party apps. We are hoping that AppSheet and Google could make more- improvements of the AppSheets so the automation can be a lot. So our company will be more effective in running the business. Thank you!
