Chingvie Basibas: Hi, I'm Chingvie Basibas and I'm a general manager in Skalka cafe.
What led you to AppSheet, what problems were you trying to solve?
Chingvie Basibas: We decided to use AppSheet because it allows us to create a custom app without any coding knowledge. We wanted to create an app where we can efficiently manage our employees better.
What is the most useful app that you or your coworkers have deployed? What impact did it have on your organization?
Chingvie Basibas: We deployed an app that we call Skalka app. It's an app that helps us streamline various aspects of operations in our restaurant. For now, we use it for employees to upload invoices whenever they receive a delivery and reports that we require our employees to submit at the end of every shift. Our employees also can make specific requests through this app, like what item our product is seated in the restaurant and we order it immediately, it helps us make our work efficient and organized.
What benefits have you realized with AppSheet?
Chingvie Basibas: The benefits that we realized we upgraded in AppSheet is that increased efficiency in our employees. By streamlining various aspects of operations in the restaurant, the employees have been able to improve their efficiency and productivity.
What’s the future of AppSheet within the organization?
Chingvie Basibas: We can see ourselves still using AppSheet within our organization in the future, because it helps us in many ways that we can possibly imagine.
