What does Women’s Equality Day mean to you?
Sharmistha Chatterjee: Hello everyone. Women's Equality Day means to me getting equal opportunities at work and equal pay. Same as men. For young girls and little children, they should get equal encouragement from their parents to shine and thrive in their lives. In addition, women should be financially independent and they should be able to think, how do they do the investments. It's not that every time we need to seek help from our fathers and husbands to make financial decisions. Having said that, in every decision we make today, our guardians or our principal decision owners, many times we see are men. Women need to come out of that. Be bold, confident, in order to prove their decisions are worth and that is their decisions are equally good and will help the family in the future. Thank you.
