What does Women’s Equality Day mean to you?
Nathaly Alarcon Torrico: It is a day that allow us to see how far we've come and to be inspired by other women's accomplishment. It is also a day to evaluate our goals and set the bar higher. We can set now our own limits for what we want to achieve. Even though women's representation is growing each day, there is still a lot of areas where we need to increase women's presence. And we still have work to do, and we must support each other.
