Tell us a little bit about yourself and the work you do
Efrat Samson: Hi everyone, My name is the fact Sampson and I'm leading the Internal Information systems at weeks for the past two and a bit years.
What does Women's Day mean to you?
Efrat Samson: Women's Day is really an opportunity for the women's community around the globe, together, together for one day and celebrate. I believe, that we celebrate mostly equality, which is the value that ensures all people have equal opportunities to make the most of their lives and talents. I find that the opportunities I have or I have been given are much bigger than the ones uh my mother or my grandmother had.
What are some of the things we can do as individuals and as businesses to support women's equality?
Efrat Samson: I believe that the value of equality is kind of goes without saying in my workplace at weeks or in fact in any other workplace I worked for in the past, in the attic industry. And when I think about it in my family or friends surrounding it is the same, it's not really a thing we need to do something about or fight for it exists because this is how it should be. Um but I am aware it's not like that everywhere in the world or in all industries in my country and hence where it is not the case. I think we need to put equality policies in place and force them until it becomes a habit. Um I believe it's a matter of time.
What would you say is your proudest achievement?
Efrat Samson: My proudest achievement is looking at my daughter, developing and growing and taking on herself leadership roles in the Scouts movement, she's part of, um, and she knows that she can do or be anyone that she wants. And it happens because we walk the talk.
