Greg Kuelgen: Hi, my name is Greg Kuelgen and I'm a solution architect at Google Cloud.

Greg Kuelgen: I have the distinct pleasure of presenting with my friend Janet Wong, who is an engineering manager at Starbucks at our session. "How robust API strategy can delight consumers and improve operations". Together, we're going to talk just a little bit about Apigee and best practices that you can use in your API program.
