Amy Bornong: For my Globetrotters experience, I traveled to our São Paulo, Brazil office.
Eder Salazar : Thank you to the incredible team in Dubai.
In one word, how would you describe your experience?
Amy Bornong: If I had to choose just one word to describe the week I spent working with my colleagues there, I would have to say inspiring.
What’s the coolest cultural difference you noticed while working in another country?
Eder Salazar : The biggest difference I noticed is the diversity and respect for various nationalities. This is dynamic, strong and multicultural with a lot of movement and a high level of diversity in nationalities. Thank you for this amazing experience.
How has this experience contributed to your professional growth and development?
Amy Bornong: As a result of this experience, I'm not only returning with stronger personal connections with my colleagues in the region, which will definitely help in my day to day tasks. But I'm also returning with some new best practices and creative insight into what is working well in their region and things that we may be able to apply in our other regions here at Equativ and also on a global level in our marketing efforts.
