What was your internet experience like before GigaComm?

Paul Falkenstein: We were on the NBN 75 plan I think it was and we live in a large apartment block and our NBN experience during the non-peak time would be pretty good but every time you get to peak hour that 6 to 9 p.m. time slot everything was slow and it just became too difficult to live with.

What made you decide to switch to GigaComm?

Paul Falkenstein: I first heard about GigaComm was through a mail drop in our letterbox, and then I enquired a bit more in the apartment block that we live in and GigaComm was already installed, and there were a few people using it Everyone seemed to be pretty happy so I thought, why not give it a try? I'm not happy with what we've got at the moment.

How has switching to GigaComm improved your internet experience?

Paul Falkenstein: I think it's pretty simple to say that since switching to GigaComm our internet has been stable, reliable, really fast I couldn't really be happier than what I am now so great choice and thank you GigaComm.
