Could you tell us a short introduction of yourself? (your name, job role, and company)
Wilma Vinton: I'm Wilma Vinton. I am the interim executive director for Interior Region EMS Council in Fairbanks, Alaska.
Could you please tell what your company does and the challenge you were facing before using our product?
Wilma Vinton: Interior Region EMS, it works with rural communities to ensure that they have emergency medical services available in those small communities. In Alaska, a lot of these communities are off of the highway. The only access to them is by air or by boat. What we faced as far as challenges is we have a small office, we only have 5 employees, but we have a large number of constituents that we work with. That are changing on a regular basis. And so trying to keep up with all of the various um administrators, tribal administrators, chiefs of departments, uh, training officers of the departments, and then sharing that information across the office was getting complicated. We looked at this program to be able to allow us to share all of the various emails that we have for our 57 communities and our uh 52 EMS agencies and then be able to update them on a regular basis so that when I update one, then it is updated for everyone.
Could you tell us how Get Shared Contacts helped you?
Wilma Vinton: Get shared contacts has allowed me to have one list, for example, a list of training officers in our agencies and share that with everyone in the office, and then if there is a change, any one of us can make that change and it becomes instantly shared with all of the other folks in our office. This is going to be an amazing time saver. And also make sure that we're able to contact the people that we need to, and we're not sending out emails to um someone who no longer is in that position.
How would you describe Get Shared Contacts in three words?
Wilma Vinton: Not sure I can do it in 3 words, but I can say an amazing addition to our Google context.

Could you tell a few words to others considering our product?
Wilma Vinton: If you like us have an issue with trying to keep your contacts current and making sure that you're sending um very valuable and important information to the right person in an agency, this is definitely a product you should consider.
