Carlo Romano: and then the shared contacts. What I will tell you is that it made a huge difference in us. Um. They also helped us develop uh the APIs and the pipeline approach that we needed to um. Convert and escalate those relationships.

Could you tell us a short introduction of yourself? (your name, job role, and company)

Carlo Romano: Hi, my name is Carla Romano. Uh, I'm the Chief Operations Officer for IMD Interactive and the Foundation for Intelligent Media and Design.

Could you please tell what your company does and the challenge you were facing before using our product?

Carlo Romano: IMD and the Foundation for Intelligent Media and Design, um. Publish and distribute and develop uh media that is meant to help churches, families and young gamers find scripture and, uh, life altering truths that will help them live a, a more fruitful life. And also have fun doing so. It's not only educational, but it's also uh quite informative, uh, we reveal stories, historic stories, as well as biblical stories through video games and the player being completely immersed in the world that we're representing. In doing so, we find that we have a lot of people that like us, support us, but don't know how to help us or how to be a part of this movement that we're uh. Uh, have put ourselves upon. How How those challenges can hurt us is that we lose contact with people who are vital to our growth. That is why CRMs were helpful, but even more important was being able to share those contacts among all the entities and divisions inside of our company. Thank you. All right.

Carlo Romano: Uh, get shared contacts, first of all, has just the best customer service that you would ever imagine. So one of the main things that they helped us with was answering questions that we were just unsure of how it would actually apply. I'm the chief operations officer, Carlo Romano, and one of the most important things for me was an efficient product, uh, productivity, efficiency, and. The pipeline in which we convert relationships from one status to another and share those among our, uh, uh, workspace, uh, entities, divisions, and people, uh, shared contact. Uh, for, uh, Gmail has been incredibly helpful. So when we got shared contacts for Gmail, the first thing they did is they got us together with, uh, tech support and we looked at those integrations, those APIs and some of those special things that only they could help us, uh, flesh out. We were trying to use them uh in the most raw way, and they were able to show us what other features would help us and those features have been great. One of the things I love about them is they've actually cared about our business. They've cared about our success and their product shows it as well as their tech team and their support.

How would you describe Get Shared Contacts in three words?

Carlo Romano: I would describe get shared contacts as resourceful, helpful, and game changing. And that come, that means a lot from a company who makes video games.

Carlo Romano: I think it's vital in a company that has multiple divisions and many contacts are only suited for specific entities within the company, I think get shared contacts is so important for those using Google Workspace to be able to. Talk to each other inside the company, align different goals all to one purpose because of the comments and the shared labels and other ways that you can manage the contacts better with get shared contacts.
