I am Maria Paula Hineosa, part of the marketing team at the Latin American Association, and we are a non-profit organization that supports Latinos across Georgia, helping them achieve their goal through education, workforce development, and social programs. I'm really proud to be part of an organization that helps families create opportunity for growth and stay connected to their culture and community.

Maria Paula Hineosa: So every week, families visit our food pantry, not only for groceries, but for hope, connecting with resources, job opportunities and programs that help them move forward. Our programs Avanzando juntas and workforce trainings, hundreds of Latinos are gaining skills, starting business and achieving financial independence. Because one family has access to opportunity, our entire community becomes stronger.
