Jennifer Winn: Hi, I'm Jennifer Winn, and I'm proud to serve as YWCA Greater Atlanta's board chair. We are a community of women and allies working to eliminate racism and empower women right here in Atlanta.

Jennifer Winn: Every day we see lives transformed through YWCA Greater Atlanta's direct services, innovative programs, and policy advocacy, but we also see the challenges women balancing caregiving and career goals, families struggling to access affordable childcare, and barriers to healthcare and technology training. I've seen how the Digital Skills Academy walks alongside women who are working to break cycles of poverty and advance their careers.
