Erin Stieglitz: Bagel rescue is addressing many important causes that truly make a difference in our world, including the environmental impact of food waste, hunger relief, and food justice. We are rescuing 25,000 food items a week and donating to over 150 feeding programs in 12 counties of Metro Atlanta. To date, we have served over 3.25 million meals to neighbors in need.

Erin Stieglitz: Vel Rescue is a grassroots nonprofit that operates on community activation. We are always in need of volunteers to drive rescue and delivery routes, and all of our funding goes to keeping us sustainable so that we can continue to feed neighbors in need and expand our operation.
