What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?

Ryan Jacobs: Genio really helped me be able to both understand what the prof is saying and note take at the same time. So with Genio, I can just listen to the prof talk. I can understand what they're saying, and then I can go back after the lecture and listen to the entire lecture audio recording and put it into a transcript.

How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?

Ryan Jacobs: Going back and listening to the whole lecture gives you that opportunity to listen to those really important pieces of information, if you missed them in the actual note taking in the lecture.
