What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Rory: Well, the key challenges that I needed help before I started using Genio was lack of working memory things, just things in meetings that would just go awry, you know, I'm a teacher, I'm a secondary school trainee at the time of when I got Genio Notes and such a help. So much information is thrown at you from lectures to meetings, and I just couldn't remember half the things that were said. It was just such a great tool that I could record, I could take notes at the same time and it would make a transcription of it and then summarise the notes for it, and that overcame many challenges of just remembering stuff, and I can refer back to it in one easy place. It just really lifted a lot of burdens for me. Ones that were so needed to be lifted.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Rory: The challenges that I've faced, such as having to go through have so much information were just overcome rather quickly, I've managed to actually keep up with workload, I've actually managed to keep up with just time management as well, it's an absolute time saver, not having to ask a whole load of people what happened in that meeting because it's right there in front of me, the transcription. And everything, and all the notes and all the, all the AI generated content and all my own personal notes as well, which have helped me remember so much more than I could ever possibly do and process everything in a way that is possible, and a more manageable way, and I feel free. I feel unstressed. What a relief. What a burden that has been utterly and emphatically lifted from my shoulders. I can work in a very stress-free, free way.
