What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Oliver : Some of the key challenges I had were being able to tell what the teacher was saying during lectures cause it's hard for me to process at such short notice, and being able to take good notes.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Oliver : Genio's outline and transcript stuff has helped me be able to look back at what the lecturer was saying and be able to take notes in real time while going back over those to be able to look at that.
