What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Marley Collins: Hello, my name is Marley and I'm a student at McEwan University, and it's my first year and first semester, and I use Genio Notes because I have accommodations and it really helps me with recording lectures, because I often have trouble with audio processing, and I find that especially the ability to transcribe the audio is really helpful for me because then I can understand what my professor was saying and I can go back and write more notes. Anyways, I found Genio Notes to be very helpful, and I will continue using it.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Marley Collins: Yeah, so the ability to record lectures has helped me because then I can write more notes. I mean, it's my first year and first semester in university, and I had never used Genio Notes until then. It is a part of my accommodations because I am neurodivergent and I am registered with the accommodations at my university. So Genio Notes has improved my ability to learn. And I hope that I can continue to be a successful student in the future with using Genio Notes. And it helps with my anxiety.
