What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Lynn Lai: Hello, my name is Lynn and I'm a student requesting accommodations from a school, and it is the school office that recommend Genio, this app to me.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Lynn Lai: Genio is especially helpful for me because I'm attending two seminar classes, and because I'm not a native speaker, it's always very hard for me to follow what the professors and other classmates are talking about. So, whenever I'm in these classes, after permission, I will record the class discussion, and then I could have a time to review and understand myself after class.
