What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Koa Sheppard: Hi, my name is Koa Sheppard. I am currently studying at Western Michigan University and have used Genio for about 2 months now. The main challenges that I faced before using Genio were that it would be difficult for me to listen to what my instructor was saying and take notes at the same time, because I would be more focused on writing about what I heard than what I'm currently listening to. And then I would forget what I was listening to and be unable to take notes on it. But Genio has fixed that problem for me.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Koa Sheppard: Genio has helped me with simultaneously listening to my instructors and taking notes by allowing me to record what others are saying, which allows me to possibly pick up on things that I might have missed and then take notes on those later, which greatly reduces the stress I feel when I normally had to take notes without really being able to pay attention to what my instructors were saying at the same time.
