What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Kevin Ricks: Hi, my name is Kevin Ricks. I am studying and using Genio, from Gallatin, Tennessee at Vol State University. I'm a freshman, first-year student. And Genio has helped me because I can use it across several devices. I can just push record and record my lectures and listen to them over and over again. So, all in all, it's proved very useful to me. It helps me go back over my notes and it catches things that I don't always catch in my notes and that I can revisit so I can spend more time paying attention in class versus writing in my notebook.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Kevin Ricks: All in all, as far as challenges go, I'm taking chemistry this year and keeping up with that. I also work full time, so recording the lectures while in class has helped reduce a lot of the stress and making sure I I catch everything that the instructor is is saying. Genio also helps me organize the notes into topics and subtopics, to get a better understanding of of where I need to be as far as the class goes.
