What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Kendricks : Hi, I'm Kendricks. Before Genio Notes, I did struggle, you know, Genio Notes, it's been an invaluable tool, really helping me with with taking notes at uni, you know, it can be a bit daunting. You know, trying to manage health challenges, like studying, health challenges, disabilities, while studying at uni as well. So, yeah, I'd say to me, Genio Notes is it's a priceless, invaluable tool that I couldn't do without. I use it on the daily, you know, I mean it, and it's the integrated part of it all. Perfect. I'm very happy with Genio Notes. Lifesaver.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Kendricks : Yeah, Genio Notes has been invaluable, I mean, this is true honesty. I couldn't imagine going to uni without having Genio Notes you know, and the fact that it's, it's the it's, it's the versatility, you know, being able to capture notes, lectures there with the mobile app, you know, and knowing there's a desktop application. So no, it's, it's been invaluable for me. You know, also, it helps me focus on all the tasks. Like I say, it can be a bit daunting, you know, when you, when you're dealing with health challenges and disabilities, and then having to tackle other things. So that, having Genio Notes has really saved me a lot, a lot. I can manage myself better and focus on some other tasks. So, yeah, and I'm rest assured that I don't get to miss a note.
