What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Kayla Domres: Hi, my name is Kayla Domres, and I'm studying at Florida International University. I've been using Genio for almost 2 months now, in law school. And I needed help with, with is remembering everything that's talked about in class because we have 2 hour long lectures and especially as a first year law student, it's very difficult to keep track of those things when you have so many doctrinal classes, so Genio helps me keep everything in order and in line.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Kayla Domres: OK Genio has helped a lot with my stress levels because especially when I'm in class and I'm struggling with something sometimes when I get overwhelmed, I tend to tune things out and panic. So having Genio to fall back on and study up on it later and be able to go back through the transcript has been really great, especially being able to, when I know that I missed something important, but obviously I don't want to just raise my hand and ask for the professor to go back and say it again. I can mark it as important and then I could go back at the end of the day when I'm studying and see what was important. So it's really helped my confidence in studying.
