What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Katarina Ristic: Hi, my name is Katarina Ristic. I study at Adler University in Chicago and I've been using Genio for over a year now. I used it in my undergrad years as well. And I'd say the key challenges that Genio helped me with is being able to multitask during my lectures. I have inattentive ADHD so it's very hard for me to focus on the lecture slides and what my professors are talking about and also writing down all my important notes during the lecture. So Genio with the recording feature, helps me to record my lectures and also synchronize it with slideshow presentations while adding supplemental notes, which is key when it comes to studying later on for exams or looking back at my notes, it keeps everything extremely organized.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Katarina Ristic: Genio has definitely helped make learning less stressful for me. It helps me keep myself organized and keep all my learning materials on one platform in one space, making it super easy to access whenever I need to. It's definitely helped me balance my time a little better as I'm spending less time organizing notes and rewriting them to create study guides or materials to use in the future. Everything is laid out quite nice and very organized on the platform. My stress levels have definitely decreased since using Genio as I'm able to better learn during lectures and I'm not spending as much time scribbling down slideshow notes or remembering what the professor says as I'm able to synchronize slideshows with audio and supplemental notes.
