What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Jessie Wade-Rathbone: Hi, my name is Jessie and I'm currently studying at the Open University. Before I had Glean, I struggled by not having enough time to take down notes during lectures. I've had Glean for just under a month and it has changed my life. I wouldn't go back to having lectures without it. It has honestly helped me to understand all the information and take everything in.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Jessie Wade-Rathbone: Genio has helped me to overcome my challenges by allowing me to record the lectures so that I can go back to them as many times as I need, this means that during the actual lecture, I can ask as many questions as I like, and I don't feel rushed when taking down notes. It also means that if I struggle to remember things due to my disability, I can go back and double check my understanding. This has been really helpful, and it has helped my stress levels and confidence when studying by allowing me to take as much time as I need to absorb the information.
