What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Jarely : Hi there. My name is Jarely. I am currently a master's student at USC, and the key challenges that I needed help with before Genio was the organization of ideas when I'm in a lecture. I found it very difficult that I would go to a lecture, I thought I was, I thought I was learning, but when I would go to review my notes, It just didn't make sense to me and I wasn't retaining any information, that second time around. It was really hard for me to have my notes organized as well, so before Genio, it was just all really messy and it didn't make a lot of sense.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Jarely : Genio has helped me immensely in summarizing my lectures. It's been 3 months since I started using Genio, and so I started using it after my midterms. This is my first semester back. I am the first in my family to go to college. And I'm the first in my family to go to graduate school and so it was all new territory for me from the beginning of the start of school to midterms, and it showed. I got a, I got a C on my midterm, but after I started using Genio in my midterms, I ended up getting an A on my final, and that is all credit to Genio's ability to summarize the lecture's main points. I feel like that's what really helped me understand the concepts way better, it was like, it was a, it was a game changer.
