What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Isaiah Soto: Hi, my name's Isaiah Soto. I'm attending Houston Community College. I've been using Genio for the first fall semester. It's been very helpful. It's definitely put me in a position to where I'm capable of learning better. I do have dyslexia, so it makes it to where when the instructor is telling us what's going on, if I miss something from trying to take my own notes, it puts it in a way where I could fully understand it and go back to truly listen to what the instructor is trying to tell me. I would recommend this to anybody, especially friends or family. It's been extremely helpful.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Isaiah Soto: I was fortunate enough to have Genio as soon as I got into college because it was recommended to me by some people, and it's definitely been super helpful, would recommend it to anybody. It definitely saved me time at work, time at school. It gave me a way that I felt more confident in my grades, because it definitely sets it up to where before a test, I'm able to go and everything's organized and in the correct place, and you're able to go and do like further researches on topics that the professor has talked about. Because the way I use it is when the professor is speaking, I turn it on, and it organizes the notes for me, versus me having to write down everything the professor is saying, and me not being fast enough to write what the professor is saying.
