What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Ilayda : Hey, so one of the main key challenges was I'm dyslexic, so it's really hard for me to write down notes and listen at the same time, so it was able, Genio's really helped me record the lecture. While recording the lecture, I was able to take headlines and subheadings, but I was able to also differentiate between important notes and random notes, and just if I can't keep up with the notes, I can just say, listen here. The fact that I was able to record really helps me.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Ilayda : How Genio's helped me is, I'm a university student studying psychology and I was able to study for my exams well, and not just rely on college notes that they would give us because, again, it was really hard for me to take down notes before using Ginio. So it was able to help me with looking back at the slides, and if I don't understand any slide, I can just go back to Genio and the notes that I took there and then compare the slide to what the lecturer was saying.
