What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Heaven: Hi, my name's Heaven. I am a sophomore at UW Whitewater. I've been using Glean for about a year now, a little over a year. What key challenges I need help with before using Genio, Genio, I was saying it was Glean, but they changed it. I have dyslexia, so I have a hard time comprehending what I am listening, what I am, what I am listening to, and also taking notes at the same time. So it's been really helpful. And it's also nice to just go back to it and listen to it for studying, for homework assignments, and just other things.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Heaven: How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience? So I kind of talked about it a little bit beforehand, but to go over it again, I am dyslexic. So it really has helped me by being able to go back and listen to them and get the notes, get the exact notes and put them into for my assignments or my tests, it's helped my grades a lot. It's helped my stress level. I'm not as stressed as like trying to go back, trying to make sure I get all the notes. I'm not having to raise my hand and be like, hey, can you re-explain that? And also I have less time organizing my notes cause I can go in and, you know, add key terms. And then go back to it later.
