What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Emily Tae: Being born neurodivergent, I did come across a lot of challenges prior to using Genio. I struggled doing notes, just keeping track of everything, especially as someone who has ADHD and also it's just neurodivergent. And especially being a first generation Asian American and being one of the first people in my family to enter college, the expectations were high and I needed something to rely on.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Emily Tae: Prior to Genio, I would be really dependent on notes, and while that did help a lot, I just struggle keeping track of them and keeping up with my fellow classmates because I do tend to write more slower than my peers. However, once my accommodations counselor gave me the access to Genio, it helped me a lot by not only recording it so I could be able to track back and write down the notes at my own pace. It also had great tools like the AI tools that helped summarize it, which was really easy for reviews, especially day before test. Therefore, I don't have to stay up late to cram.
